Happy Family Needs A Little Help

Hello! My name is Aldys. I am hoping to raise a small amount of money for our beautiful family. My fiancé Joseph is an amazing human being, he works extremely hard doing construction to take care of his family. He goes from 3am to 7pm when he gets home. He is digging for hours each day, even though he has severe back pain. I homeschool our beautiful children Jordan and Aurora. My son is on the autism spectrum, so I am limited in what I can do to help financially (I do work very hard at home though).

We are a very happy family, although we have been through a lot in the last two years. Joseph is a proud man and neither of us have ever used gofundme but as a last resort we are reaching out in hopes of just a little help that we need in order to secure our home that we’ve been working on for a little over 5 years. We love this home, it’s our little house on the prairie, so to speak. It’s an old home but we are happy here and have worked very hard to make repairs as we could. Our nest egg that we had been building unfortunately had to be used last year to pay for legal expenses in a custody case so that Joseph could keep his daughter who has always lived with him. Our water well then went bad and we were told we need to have a completely new well drilled which is about $8k. We are not asking for that. All we are asking for is a small amount to help us with a down payment. Joe has never used credit in his life and I have a small income so here we are asking for a bit of help, anything would help and would be deeply appreciated by our humble hearts.
