Meeky's Journey to Health and Happiness

As some of you may or may not know, a mutual friend began a GoFundMe page last year to help raise funds for a dear friend of ours, Meeky. For all those who contributed to this cause, we sincerely thank you for your donations.

Unfortunately, the amount of funds raised wasn't enough to grant her with the surgery needed to rid herself of this condition. She continues to struggle on a daily basis with Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), a medical condition that can lead to venous ulcers, which are open sores on the skin, and cause severe pain and swelling.

My petition is that you help us reach our fundraising goal in time for Meeky to celebrate the new year feeling she finally can enjoy life again. Each and every donation received, regardless of the amount, will make a significant impact and one step closer for her to receive the skin graft surgery and medical care she urgently needs. With your assistance, we can bring about a positive outlook in her life and help her regain her beautiful smile.

If you haven't had the opportunity to contribute yet, we kindly plea for your support. Whether through monetary donations or spreading the word to others, any and all support will be greatly appreciated. Every share and every dollar counts and will be used for medication, surgery, and aftercare. Although Meeky's goal of $2,000 seems substantial to some, it can go a long way towards her care, particularly for someone in another country where resources are scarce. The surgery will not only improve her quality of life, but it'll prevent her chronic venous leg ulcers from worsening.
