Dwi'n rhedeg hanner marathon Manceinion ar y 12ed o Hydref i godi arian i Hope and Play Ltd - elusen sy'n gweithio gweithio gyda phlant yn Gaza, y Lan Orllewinol, a gwersylloedd ffoaduriaid Palesteinaidd trwy adeiladu llefydd chwarae, stocio llyfrgelloedd plant ac ariannu therapi i blant sydd wedi diodde trawma gan ryfel.

Mae gan bob plentyn yr hawl i chwarae, dysgu a thyfu’n ddiogel mewn awyrgylch o hapusrwydd, cariad a dealltwriaeth.

Hi, I'm Angharad and I live in Bethesda. I'm running the Manchester half on the 12th October for Hope & Play Ltd, who work with children in Gaza, the West Bank, and Palestinian refugee camps. They bring hope and play to children denied these most basic rights.

They've built playgrounds, stocked children's libraries, funded therapy for severely war-traumatised children.

All donations go to grassroots projects on the ground.

We believe every child has the right to safely play, learn and grow in a family environment, in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding.
