<div>Hi, I'm Angharad and I live in Bethesda. I'm running the Manchester half on the 12th October for Hope &amp; Play Ltd, who work with children in Gaza, the West Bank, and Palestinian refugee camps. They bring hope and play to children denied these most basic rights.
</div>
<div>They've built playgrounds, stocked children's libraries, funded therapy for severely war-traumatised children.
</div>
<div>All donations go to grassroots projects on the ground.
</div>
<div>We believe every child has the right to safely play, learn and grow in a family environment, in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding.
