Hi, my name is Hannah Marshall and I’m turning 21 this September. I am extremely blessed to life this life I have. I have safety, an income, purpose and an incredible support network. There are hundreds of people that are unfortunately, not in the same position. I want to take this opportunity to give back to our community and help others who are not as fortunate. For my 21st birthday, I am asking my friends to donate to my chosen cause instead of purchasing any gifts.

I have decide to support the charity “Care Bags”. Care bags is an incredible organisation that helps children who are escaping violent or unsafe homes and are being put into foster care. Often, these children are taken with nothing but the clothes they are currently wearing. With the money raised, I will be making bags filled with essentials for these children, like books, clothes, toiletries and toys. These children have absolutely nothing. My heart is broken at the thought of how scared and isolated they would feel at this time.

This is a cause that means a lot to me as someone who was a victim of domestic violence myself. I hope you can get around this beautiful cause, even a $1 is appreciated. Thank you!
