Hello, I am Shon Jackson & I am currently an active duty member of the U.S. Military. On May 31st, 2025, I will be turning 27 years of age and I want to make it my duty to do something a little different this year.

With information coming from WRIC ABC 8NEWS, Virginia has over 700 people who are experiencing homelessness according to the data from the January 2024 survey. It may not seem like a lot, but there are people out there suffering and going without, and it only takes the courage of one to change the lives of many.

With that being said, for my 27th birthday, I want to raise $1,000 to feed the homeless and the rest of what is left will go to charity. The money will be spent via Jersey Mike’s, and every single person will get a sandwich combo with bottles of water to feed them. Every dollar and every cent will count.
