Help us keep The Playhub open this autumn!

We’re aiming to raise £1620 towards our hall hire costs, to keep The Playhub running three days a week for local families.

The families that visit us always say that The Playhub is more than just somewhere for little ones to play. It’s a totally nonjudgmental place to come on a difficult morning, a place to meet another parent who gets it, a place to ask a midwife the question you’ve been worrying about, a place where you don’t have to worry about costs. It’s also the link between all the local children’s activity WhatsApp groups, mums’ nights out, the original Buckhurst Hill boardgames night and so much more!

We’re volunteer-run and not-for-profit, and we work hard to keep our sessions affordable and accessible. Babies under 6 months come in free, we provide free places for all families struggling financially, and our Monday sessions include free midwife led feeding support.

But we need some help!

£1,620 would pay our hall rent and help keep our doors open until 2027- £1200 would cover everything during termtime! So whether it’s £1, £5, £10 or £50, every donation gets us a little closer. And if you can’t donate, sharing this page is just as valuable.
