Ending Holiday Hunger

Hi all,
As many of you will know, 1 in 5 children in Leeds were living in poverty BEFORE the pandemic. Unfortunately, this number is increasing daily. Inspired by the Marcus Rashford Campaign, a team of wonderful volunteers and I have decided to take matters into our own hands.
This organisation will provide food parcels for children in the school holidays. We are currently providing to women’s refuges, schools, addiction support workers and children’s centres to distribute to families in the greatest need. We are also accepting self-referrals.
This project began in December 2020, and hopes to continue throughout all of the foreseeable school holidays.
If you would prefer to donate food items, that would be amazing. Please contact me or the page and we will arrange to collect. This page is for those who may not live locally or are unable to donate food/ time but would still like to help the project!
