2x PBs around Victoria Park in November:

  • Half marathon - 1 hour 44 minutes and 54 seconds
  • 10k - 48 mins and 39 seconds

About to finish with one last trot around Central London on the last day of the year.

ONE MORE TO GO!

Big End of Year Run in Central London (NYE - 31 December)

In an effort to raise £100 per month for the mental health/human services charity, Mind, I will be running an official half marathon each month for the whole of 2023. I have managed a personal best (Battersea Park) and worst (Finsbury Park) so far. Admin and diary management are proving more of a challenge than the running itself, which is generally wonderful, cathartic and doing interesting things to my mind, body and metabolism.

Big love and thanks for all your help and support so far.

So far, so good:
