Hello to anyone reading! My name is Sadye, and I'm making this GoFundMe for my amazing sister, Haley. Over the last several years, my sister has gone through many rough and unforeseen circumstances (that just keep coming). Despite this- she pushes through. In general, Haley has continued to thrive and keep herself afloat, even during the most trying times. Recently, she was wrongfully denied unemployment. As a result of this, she has needed to pay out of pocket for legal counsel. She is experiencing major impacts to her life and daily wellbeing in facing legal fees from two ongoing cases- with an inability to pay her rent for this coming month. I am hoping that anyone that knows us could help with any donation at all. This would help relieve a tremendous emotional and financial burden from my sister, as she continues to fight these battles: as they are ongoing and evolving with the coming weeks and months.

During this time, she has been searching for work routinely and selling a majority of her belongings to cover basic expenses. The toll it has taken on her financially and emotionally is devastating. The combined stress of legal fees, with no current job, is creating a serious struggle with no relief for my sister. She is close now at a stage of having to re-home both of her cats and liquidate all assets: her car, clothes, furniture, everything. She has lived in her home for almost 10 years, and will be forced to leave with no place to go. If you know my sister, then you also know she has taken great pride in artfully curating her home over the last decade. She has created a unique DIY space of her own, curating beautiful things and growing so many plants in her garden. It would break my heart to see her lose her garden, her cats, and ultimately her home. Haley keeps her head high and did not want to ask for help, so this is where I step in.
