Sweet Vaida has recently been diagnosed with Niemann-Pick Type C, a rare genetic disease that is both progressive and fatal. This heartbreaking news has turned life upside down for her family, who are doing everything they can to cherish every moment while also preparing for the challenges ahead.

As Vaida’s mother shared, words can’t fully capture the shock and pain of receiving this diagnosis. The road ahead will involve not only emotional and spiritual strength but also significant medical expenses, travel for specialist care, and countless unforeseen needs.
