I never thought I’d have to be making one of these, but this is my finest hour in need

On Sunday, August 10th approximately 7:30 PM, I was robbed on Queen Street and had my backpack taken from me, which had one of my prized possessions.

It had my camera in there.

I had just come back from doing a shoot for a friend, and I went to get some food. As I was leaving the place. I saw someone I knew and asked if they could record me for an interview. I put my bag down inside a bar patio where it couldn’t be seen, and silly me, this is Toronto. Someone was able to reach over and grab my backpack and backdrop stand and just walk off, and I don’t know how I didn’t see them.

I am beside myself. I am feeling so many emotions that I am numb. I did not want to ask anyone for help because of my stupidity, but others had told me that this is a way you can just ask for any help whatsoever.

If you know me, photography is my way of life; it’s my only way to get by and fund my life. I don’t have a job other than photography, so without this, I don’t have a job and everything fall to cinders so if you can help, God bless you if you can’t God bless you still because all I ask is for you to keep me in your prayers and hope that I recover from this this nightmare.
