A Miracle in the Making

Hello everyone. I am Craig Coates, the senior leader at Fresh Start Church. My purpose for this charity fund is to raise funds for our parishioner, Shawnice Young. She has been a lifelong friend and a member of FSC for thirty years! We know her as "Sunshine" because she always has a smile and a kind word for EVERYONE! If you don't know her personally, imagine encountering that ray of sunshine daily at work or just in the grocery store. Fatique led her to a series of doctor visits only to find out the shocking news that she was in stage 4 of Leukemia. Shawnice is still smiling despite her recent Cancer diagnosis. Perhaps its her infectious smile and positive spirit that has kept her fighting for over two years through multiple month-long stays in the hospital, having to leave her job, not being able to work and pay her bills, etc. Now it is critical that she get our help in the battle. Shawnice has to undergo more treatments as doctors are hopeful to get her prepared for a bone marrow transplant.
