Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Fresh Start Church's community Evangelist- Bro. Carter Chris White. Any donation will help make an impact. As many are aware, Chris is very involved daily in weekly delivering boxes of food, clothing, and support to families, the homeless, and the entire Baltimore, Glen Burnie, Severn, and Annapolis communities. He also mentors youth and in 2021 managed to help over 80 young men and women acquire jobs at Amazon. He transported them in many cases where transportation was needed. As a result of his tireless efforts and commitment, Chris' van has completely died this week. We want to continue to support his heart-driven efforts by purchasing him a newer vehicle that can handle the work load and miles. Fresh Start will match your donations. A Miracle in the Making
Hello everyone. I am Craig Coates, the senior leader at Fresh Start Church. My purpose for this charity fund is to raise funds for our parishioner, Shawnice Young. She has been a lifelong friend and a member of FSC for thirty years! We know her as "Sunshine" because she always has a smile and a kind word for EVERYONE! If you don't know her personally, imagine encountering that ray of sunshine daily at work or just in the grocery store. Fatique led her to a series of doctor visits only to find out the shocking news that she was in stage 4 of Leukemia. Shawnice is still smiling despite her recent Cancer diagnosis. Perhaps its her infectious smile and positive spirit that has kept her fighting for over two years through multiple month-long stays in the hospital, having to leave her job, not being able to work and pay her bills, etc. Now it is critical that she get our help in the battle. Shawnice has to undergo more treatments as doctors are hopeful to get her prepared for a bone marrow transplant. Funds will be directly made payable to her medical bills as we strive to ease her fears while undergoing this crucial step in her healing. Thank you.
