After being scammed out of his accommodation.Ryan needs help

Hi, I'm Charlene, Ryan's mother. He is studying up at PPA in Guildford and on his second year. While he was here in Cornwall for 4weeks he was sorting out his new accommodation up there. It was all good when he found the perfect place but when he arrived in Guildford yesterday it turned out the property didnt exist. He got scammed out of his deposit and first month's rent and this has now left him homeless up there. He really doesn't want to give up his dream and is hopefully we can find him some support to cover his first month to find somewhere.
