Support Carly - A Kind Soul in Need
Aloha Friends and Community,
Today, I reach out to you with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit.
My name is Mahi, and I am stepping into the role of facilitator for Carly, a cherished friend who has been through unimaginable physical and mental abuse.
Carly, a 21-year-old with a heart full of kindness, was unjustly attacked by a group of students from Leilehua High School. This senseless act resulted in the loss of not only her personal belongings, including her glasses, over $100, a water bottle, some cherished books, but also her sense of security.
Her spirit is pure and undeserving of such cruelty.
A heartfelt message from a close friend:
“Carly is the most compassionate soul, never causing harm to anyone, always sharing her lunches at school, offering a comforting shoulder, and being the best friend anyone could ever hope for. She never deserved this, and we all recognize that.”
We all understand that the impact of this incident goes far beyond material losses. Carly is now faced with medical expenses, and if she seeks personal protection and self-defense training to regain her peace of mind and confidence, WE.. Hawaii… will be there for her.
This is a heartfelt plea for your generous contributions to help us achieve this goal. Every donation will bring Carly one step closer to healing physically and emotionally. Your support will not only aid her recovery but also restore her faith in the kindness that truly exists in the world.
Let us rally together to support Carly on her journey to recovery and strength. She deserves a brighter future, and together, we can help make that happen.
Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
With gratitude,
Mahi
