Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland is focused on providing mental health awareness and suicide prevention programmes to schools and colleges where their facilitators work directly with students to promote awareness, provide skills and advice, and support teachers and staff as needed. It also includes self harm and crisis counselling for at risk teenagers. Ireland has the 4th highest teen suicide rate in the EU.
