Dear friends, family and kind- hearted strangers,

Our lives were turned upside down in a matter of minutes. A fire that spread quickly while my mother in law was home visiting. Despite the growing danger, she hesitated to leave wanting to help the firefighters battle the blaze which resulted to her being injured as well. Thankfully, she made it out safely, but the fire ravaged most of our home, leaving us with very little to rebuild from. This is a devastating reality that has left us feeling helpless as we try to figure out how to rebuild our lives from scratch.

It's winter now, and we are desperate to provide a safe and warm space for our two year old son who depends on us for everything. My husband had to step away from work to focus on the cleanup and repairs, which has completely wiped out our main source of income. As a mother with a young child, I can't work full time due to the demands of childcare, leaving us in a precarious financial situation.

We are humbly asking for your help to rebuild our home and create a stable environment for our little boy. The funds raised will go toward:

Rebuilding and repairing essential parts of our home

Replacing the belongings we lost in the fire.

Covering living expenses while my husband focuses on recovery, clean up and major repairs

This has been the most challenging time of our lives but we are holding onto hope and faith in the kindness of others.
