Firefighter Heather Johnson

Please help celebrate two local heroes and offer an opportunity to help them as they help others by serving several Georgia communities including Baldwin County, Jones County, and Henry County.
Heather Johnson worked as a schoolteacher until accepting a full-time position as a Fire Fighter serving Baldwin County working the “A” shift. She is also the Captain at Gray Fire Department, an unpaid volunteer station. Her fiancé Keith Eisele has been involved in the Fire Service since he was 15 years old, starting as an explorer. He currently works as a full time firefighter in Henry County, a part-time EMT for Atrium Health and volunteers his time as the Fire Chief for the city of Gray.
Last week, Heather’s 52-year-old mother, Sharon “Missy” Smith unexpectedly died in her sleep. A hard working mother of modest means, Missy left behind two foster children aged 8 & 13 with no life insurance and no savings.
I humbly ask that if able, you might help in some small way by donating. Proceeds will be used to help pay for final arrangements and towards re-homing the two foster children, hopefully to relatives or family friends.
Thank you for any help you might offer these “Real American Heroes” and for celebrating their service with your generous support!
