Help Batman

For most, describing your father as a superhero is an overused cliche. But our dad - well I don't have to tell most of you that Batman Billy is as brave, fierce and loving as any superhero you will find in a comic book.

He is a real-life, love thy neighbor, embrace all who cross his path with open and loving arms, kick your ass if you mess with someone he loves, superhero.

He calls himself Batman and to us - Sandy (his wife), Nicole, Vanessa (his daughters), Ryan (his son-in-law) and Jaxson (his grandson) - he is a true life, action hero who has been caring for us, nurturing us, providing for us and doing it without complaint and through struggles that most people can never imagine in their life time - and he does it with unconditional and heartwarming love and compassion.

As most of you know - our dad is facing a journey that will test us all in ways we have only begun to imagine. After a hospital stay for migraines following a shoulder surgery, the doctors found 2 tumors in Billy's brain. He underwent surgery on December 10th to remove one of the tumors and find out more about what is going on. What we do know is their is a malignant cancer somewhere in his body. He will be getting a pet scan (full body) to determine where it is and decide a course of treatment.
Our superhero has provided for us for as long as we can remember and we need your help to make sure he and his family are taken care of no matter what comes our way.

Without disability insurance, and with SSI benefits that take up to 6 months to come in, our parents could use your help. All proceeds will go to bills, mortgage and hospital bills to make sure that Billy and his wife Sandy do not need to stress about trivial things like money in a time like this, facing what they are facing.

Our parents are by far, the most hard-working, loving and courageous people we have ever known and they have sacrificed so much so that we have what we need in life. It is our turn to help them and make sure that their focus is on recovery, rest and rehabilitation for Batman during whatever lies ahead.
