STOP Inappropriate Development in Eastside Roseville
Donation protected
Eastside Roseville Action Group Inc needs your support so we can lodge an evidence-based objection to Hyecorp's proposed development of 8-9 storey apartments in Roseville Ave/Lord St, near Martin Lane
We are asking for a minimum contribution of $1000 per household, knowing that some people might be in a position to contribute more, so that we can reach our target in the next few days.
Hyecorp has lodged their application with the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and ERAG will be lodging a submission. The deadline is 28 May 2025. THE APPLICATION IS NOT YET APPROVED.
Our Group needs to retain the appropriate experts to provide the evidence we need to fight this development. We believe we have a strong case, so we have already engaged a Town Planner, Heritage Consultant and Planning Lawyer.
ALL funds raised will be for external (non-Roseville) consultants, and all surplus funds will be refunded pro-rata.
Funding for this expertise is the BEST chance we have of stopping this inappropriate development so that future generations can enjoy all that we do now.
United we stand a good chance, but if we walk away now, we risk losing all that we treasure in our neighbourhood. Please donate generously.
With best wishes,
