As part of our YSI, our three groups (make it consensual, pozzibodies and bettering beours) came together and decided to raise some money for ADAPT.
ADAPT aid those who are affected by domestic abuse. As well as helping abuse victims, the organisation offers services that work with young people in the general community to promote healthy relationships which are based on equality, dignity and mutual respect. They also offer counselling services to those affected by the abuse to rebuild their confidence and self image.
Walk4Women is an initiative that we came up with to try raise money for ADAPT.
To take part, firstly, you walk 4km and donate €5. You then share a picture completing your walk or donating your €5 on social media. Lastly tag 4 of your friends that you would like to nominate to take part.

Every little helps so even if you are unable to complete the 4km walk, donating and sharing can still help!
