Help Our Family Stay Together

We are a family of 3, Danny, Adrianna, and our little girl Sophia.

On January 22nd, 2025, Danny went to start the car to begin our daily routine of him dropping me off at work and then Sophia to school. Instead of it being a normal day, ICE was waiting outside, and as soon as he got inside the car, he was surrounded instantly.

Since that day, it has drastically changed our lives in more ways than I could ever explain. Danny was our rock. He kept us sane and played a significant role in our day-to-day life.

Since he’s been gone, I have missed work for lawyer visits, for needing to collect unnecessary documents, to take care of other issues, etc. Doing so, we got in contact with a highly recommended lawyer, we paid and handed him whatever they needed, and he was so promising that he could help us when in the end, Danny was deported and they didn’t file anything on his behalf, and still gave us back less than a quarter of the money paid. In this moment, I am surviving on minimum funds without having him. He was a big source of income for us, and it is affecting us deeply.

I have been able to book a trip for us to go see him, but with that being done, I had to leave my job due to the absence.

It has also been a huge impact on Sophia with behavioral changes because her father, who has been there every single day of her life, is now gone. She now sleeps with me, she will cry before bed, she will question where he is as soon as she wakes up and throughout the whole day. She acts out more than she ever has before, and I don’t blame her. Our entire world is different now, and it hurts to watch and go through every day missing that big piece of our family. He was our provider, our protector, our constant in life. We need him.

We are asking you to help us stay together. We appreciate everyone’s support who has been here for us since that day. We will do whatever we need to do to be able to be a family again. Our biggest wish is just that: being able to stay together, wherever that may be.
