On September 4th, I lost my father due to ICE. My father Gustavo Ramos was simply working at Ellabell, GA at a construction site named Hyundai. That was until my mother received a heartbreaking call that he had been detained by ICE and immigration. It was a tragic day for my mom and siblings. I don’t ask God why, why my dad, but instead, I continue to have faith and hope that he can return home. My father is not a criminal. He is a loving father of 5, a loving husband, an amazing brother and son, and is also a very hardworking employee. My father has done nothing but support his family and show what a role model is supposed to look like. So from my heart to yours, help bring back Gustavo home.
