Hi, my name is Annaka. I am soon to graduate from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences. I am excited to use the skills I have learned throughout my degree on the Vida volunteer trip to Guatemala this summer. Vida volunteer partners with underserved communities in Guatemala to provide free basic health care, health education, and community projects. This trip is important to me because I will receive hands-on cultural and clinically immersive training.
