Tyson Bowen has passed unexpectedly at the young age of 35. Tyson served 15 years in the Canadian Armed Forces. During this time, he completed two combat tours in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2010. Following his return, Tyson was diagnosed with PTSD. As a result, he decided to create his dream of running a veterans retreat with his loving wife, Jenna and two beautiful girls, Amelia (8) and Sadie (6). Tyson achieved this with the creation of RCR (Real Canadian Recreation). RCR helps people from all over Canada and all walks of life but specializes in supporting physically and mentally injured veterans.

With his passing will come unforeseen costs. We would like to support this young family who sacrificed so much for many others. Tyson had a huge heart and strived to help everyone he could. Let’s follow his example and help his family during these difficult times.
