I’m Running for a Cause (or three!)

I’m taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise awareness and support for three causes that are deeply personal to me:

The Brain Charity – supporting people with all neurological conditions and their families.

DRPLA (Dentatorubral-pallidoluysian atrophy) – a rare, inherited brain disorder that my cousin is living with.

Huntington’s Disease – which my step-mum bravely lives with every day.

These conditions affect not only the person diagnosed but also their loved ones, and I want to do my part in raising awareness and helping fund research and support.

Every step I take in this half marathon is for them – and every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference.
