I’ll keep this short and sweet. Our dear sister Kara & brother in-law Dave have prayed, planned, and prepared to one day become parents. Their journey has been nothing short of challenging over the past 4 years. As anyone who’s been on the infertility journey would know the ups and downs of yearning to become mom & dad. Well after years of trying, praying, and perseverance God blessed them with the gift of conception after 1 round of IVF. On April 19th, 2022 Kara unexpectedly went into labor at 22 weeks. Their sweet baby girl Ember Helen joined them earth side weighing just shy of a pound. She’s been a fiesty little Aires since day 1! As she continues to fight, grow, and land in her parents arms we have set up this page for anyone that feels called to support their journey. Many have asked ‘how can we help?” The first thing we tell people is pray. And beyond that we are sure they’d be over the moon grateful with anything as they spend the next several months in and out of the NICU. This energetic exchange is a way people can help in this helpless time for Kara, Dave, and Ember.
