COVID has been particularly challenging for families that are already struggling to make ends meet, and Christmas only makes things worse. Children, like your children, may not always fully comprehend this; they simply want to unwrap a present on Christmas morning.
You can make this happen!
Please join us as we raise funds to help people in need in our communities throughout the holiday season. We'll be raising funds to assist buy toys for the kids at "Batshaw Youth and Family Center" and "Maison des Jeunes: NBS Studio." Each and every dollar is immensely valued.
The mission of Batshaw Youth and Family Centres (Batshaw Centres):
Established under the Act Respecting Health Services and Social Services, is summarized as follows:
to provide psychosocial, rehabilitation and social integration services;
to ensure the provision of services related to child placement, adoption, adoption disclosure, reunification, expertise to the Superior Court and mediation.
Batshaw Centres services are provided to the residents of the island of Montreal who wish to receive them in English and to the Jewish community of Montreal, in either English or French.

Maison des Jeunes NBS Studio:
NBS is an inclusive, safe space for young artists to grow their musical abilities and expand their knowledge of studio recording. NBS is driven by purpose. Our purpose is to help develop confidence, creative thinking and transferable skills in life, through music and art. We hope to open realms of possibility for young people, who often can feel stuck in challenging life circumstances and systemic oppression. NBS is a space for expression and growth, as an individual and as a community.
