We are a group of Nursing and Midwifery students from Griffith University that are embarking on an opportunity of a lifetime!

We are extremely fortunate to be travelling to Laos for a 3 week international clinical placement to offer health clinics to the local people in remote villages around the northern regions. Not only it is a fantastic opportunity for us to grow and develop our clinical skills and knowledge, but our health clinics will also improve health outcomes for the people in Laos and leave a lasting impact on their communities.

As you can imagine, healthcare, resources, and equipment are extremely limited in developing countries. Hence, we are asking for your help to raise money for resources that will be used by us during clinics and distributed to the local people and their villages, as well as help maintain their emergency vehicles serviced and on the road. Whether it’s a few dollars or more, we would be grateful for any donations!
