On December 1, Greg Mips was on a ladder hanging Christmas lights from the second story of his family's Middleton home. Greg fell from the ladder approximately eighteen feet.
He was found by his son, Nik, and wife, Stephanie. Greg went by ambulance to the hospital. The injuries that resulted from the fall are serious. While we are thankful that Greg remains with us and will eventually heal from this accident, it is clear that Greg's injuries will take a great deal of time to heal. He has already undergone multiple surgeries and he will also require extensive rehabilitation. As a result, the financial struggle the Mips family will endure as they navigate through this process will be colossal.
If you would like to provide support for the Mips family, please consider financially contributing to the many unforeseen expenses they will be faced with, pray for Greg's complete healing, and pray that Greg's employer allows him to return to work once he is healed. Know that Greg currently remains in the hospital and the Mips family is in need of time and privacy as they process this traumatic event. Again, please join our Middleton community in supporting the Mips family during this difficult time. All donations through GoFundMe will go directly to the Mips family.
