Gratitude for VBHC Staff's Tireless Dedication

My name is Claire Langdon and we have been owners of 9 weeks at VBHC for over 30 years. VBHC has been “our home away from home for a very long time.”

As a former Board member, I have witnessed many storms over the years and have watched multiple cleanups by our dedicated and loyal staff. They have worked endlessly in cleaning up sand, debris, and structural pieces from both the Gulf side and the Bay side. My husband and I watched, after Hurricane Ian, the mounds of sand that had to be removed and trucked away by Steve A and Jose, as they power washed both sides. They accomplished this in the blazing heat.

As you know, once again we have been impacted by hurricane season. This has brought on back to back cleanup efforts by Steve A, Terry, Peter, Julio, Caesar, Julls, Susana, and Loany. My goal here is to express gratitude from all our owners for the dedication, sacrifices, and laborious efforts brought forward by our valued staff.

All donations will be shared directly with the 8 people mentioned above as a thank you for their tireless efforts.
