Grandview Medical Center invites you to join us in the fight against hunger by participating in our third annual Jars of Love Peanut Butter Drive benefiting the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama and Grace Klein Ministries Food Bank. Peanut butter is a good source of protein, healthy fats, and vitamins. Unopened, it can last for 6-9 months, and once opened, it typically stays fresh for 2-3 months in the pantry or 6-9 months in the fridge. This makes it a popular pantry staple.
For every $2 you donate, one jar of peanut butter can be purchased! Peanut butter can also be dropped off at Grandview Medical Center or Grandview Freestanding Emergency Department - Trussville.
In Alabama, 17% of adults and 23% of children (1 out of 4) are facing food insecurity. Help us help others. Donate today!
