Hi! My name is Kendall Hui and I am a senior at California High School. I am doing a personal project because I am passionate about seniors and dogs, as my family adopted a rescue dog and I have a 101-year-old great grandma who loves to hang out with him and us.

For my personal project, I am coordinating blanket-making events at senior centers around my area, which my team and I will host. We will assist seniors in making fleece tie blankets, and the blankets made will be donated to Love and Second Chances, which is a nonprofit that rescues dogs.

We will host 3 blanket-making events each month. All money raised will go directly towards buying fleece to make the blankets.
