Grandma's Burial Fund: Overcoming Neglect

Hello everyone, I am hosting a fundraiser for my grandmother's benefit. Last October, I had to step in and remove her from a situation of severe neglect. She was living alone without access to food, water, or proper care, which was further complicated by her Alzheimer's diagnosis. I brought her to Chicago to live with my children and me, where we ensured her comfort. Sadly, a month later, we received a devastating diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. As we made arrangements for her funeral, we discovered that her savings, intended for funeral expenses, had been stolen by a family member. We now need help to provide a proper burial.
