Hi, my name is Grace, and I’m running the Liverpool Half Marathon to raise funds for the Ava White Foundation.

I was a student at Liverpool University, when, on the tragic night of 21st of November, Ava White, a beautiful, kind-hearted young girl, had her life cut tragically short in a fatal stabbing. The tragedy sent shockwaves through the city, and on 15th March I will run the Liverpool Half Marathon in her memory.

I will be raising money for The Ava White Foundation, set up to honour Ava’s memory. The foundation works to prevent knife crime and support young people across Liverpool. They distribute bleed kits to help save lives, educate schools about the dangers of knife crime, and run community programs to keep people safe.

I want to honour Ava by helping the foundation continue this vital work. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to these initiatives—helping to save lives and make Liverpool safer for young people.
