Grace and Hope Orphanage - 72 children to feed and clothe

Hi, I am Emily and I live in the UK. I have been connecting with Patrick Kato Busuulwa at Grace and Hope Orphanage in Uganda since January. He does everything he can to support the children, with a smile on his face.

Here is what he says below:

"I’m Patrick Kato Busuulwa, founder of Grace and Hope orphanage: a safe haven for vulnerable children in Kassanda, Uganda. Alongside my dedicated team members we’re working tirelessly to provide a loving home for these precious kids.

Our story began when we took in children who had lost their parents to tragedy, and had nowhere else to turn. Others were rescued from abusive families, while some were found wandering the streets. We’ve given them a second chance at a happy childhood."

Patrick has adopted/fosters 72 children who collectively need 216 meals a day and enough clothes and resources.

Update: As this collection has been so amazingly supported, I have spoken to Patrick and we have raised the target to allow him to buy the land he rents and save towards building better sleeping arrangements for the children. Thank you so much for your kindness ❤️
