This is an extremely embarrassing situation for me and I hate that I’m even here doing this. A few months ago my car broke down. It turns out the head gasket blew which is obviously a huge fix. Everyone has advised me to junk my car since it’s not worth fixing (has quite a lot of other issues). Now unfortunately, that car was my lifeline. My full time job was DoorDash and we live in a part of the state where walking/public transit/ride shares are just not possible. So I’m currently unable to make any money or even get to Autumns school/doctors/anywhere when I need to. There are only a small handful of places within walking distance of my home and that walk will only get harder come winter. I am hoping to buy another used car that can get me where I need to go and get me back to work but obviously my current lack of income is making buying one pretty impossible. So this is kind of my last ditch effort to swallow my pride and ask for help. Anything is immensely appreciated. And I’m sorry that I’ve even let myself get to a position where I need to do this. I set the goal for $3,000 but I hope to find something cheaper than that. If I even manage to raise that much, the rest of the funds would go towards giving Autumn a wonderful Christmas and getting things back in order financially (bills etc.) Thank you so much if you’ve even managed to read this far. ❤️
