What do we need help with?
Over the past 5 years, GPCO has distributed over 10,000 backpacks to students from Pre-K to 12th grade. In an effort to continue to serve this community and expand our reach, we need your donation. In 2024, we plan to deliver an impactful Health-Fair & Back to School Bash, distributing 2500 backpacks with supplies to students in need. This event is scheduled for Saturday, July 20th, 2024, in San Antonio Texas. We enjoy partnering with people that have a heart for the community.
What kind of event are we organizing?
Free Health-Fair & Back-2-School event to support students and families in the upcoming 2024/2025 school year. This is an opportunity to connect community members with healthcare resources to enhance health promotion.
Here are some services we will be providing:
- Free Health Screening: Mammogram & Vaccination; Wellness Check (BMI, Blood & Sugar, and Blood Pressure Check); Dental & Eye Screening; HIV/AIDS Testing etc.
- Free Backpacks with school supplies for student's Pre-K to 12th Grade.
- Free Food Distribution
- Free Hair Cuts
- Back to School Immunizations
- Community and healthcare resources from vendors and health providers.

What’s in it for you?
Visibility, showcase your service and products to members of the community. In 2023, we distributed over 3500 Backpacks with supplies and 850 Food Boxes and provided Health Screenings and Education to 500 community members.
Your organization will be acknowledged for its contribution on our social media and other promotional platforms.
We accept branded backpacks and school supplies.
