Gord and Karen Butler Home Rebuild Support

Hi, my name is Michelle Richards, I am Gord's sister.

On June 11, 2024 Gord and Karen lost their home, vehicles and belongings in a sudden house fire. They were in the home when the fire started and safely left with only the clothes on their back and limited personal items. Within minutes the home was a multiple number of explosions as the fire started in the garage and quickly spread through the roof. The home has been deemed a total loss based on fire, smoke and water damage.

This process to rebuild as everyone knows is long, tedious and your daily needs are still left unaddressed. The funds raised will help support.

If you know Gord and Karen they are not ones to ask for help but at this time they are in need. Many people have asked how they can help and what they can do. I have established this GO FUND me page with their consent.

Their intention with this consent is to ensure anyone so wishing to contribute will know that the help is much appreciated, if you are able but not obligated.

The outpouring of love and support has been endless, and they are only just in the first stage of this long process to rebuild their home and life together.
