Goodbye Renting-Hello Home Ownership

Hello all-Sherry here! I am stepping WAY out of my comfort zone on this, but I feel it is necessary. I am  asking for help! With rent now increasing yearly we've become priced out of our current rental house. We need a less expensive & more permanent housing option. We were recently qualified for a home loan on a manufactured house near where we live now. It is small & simple, not at all new or fancy. We negotiated an offer that was accepted and got the Title, Inspection, Appraisal & Earnest money completed while still keeping our monthly bills in order. Yet, we still need the rest of the closing and downpayment funds. This purchase will keep us in our current area, close to the current school, current employer & future employer options for me. As the full-time job I recently held I had to leave upon doctors advice until my cancer and health issues are under control. It will also IMMEDIATELY as well as long term reduce our cost of living expenses. We have ONLY a little over 30 days to gather the funds needed to finalize the house purchase. If we fail to raise the funds the house purchase will fail. We will lose all of the money for expenses we have already paid which is over $2,000. Though we believe this to be the best housing option for us long term, we are very anxious as we try to access the funds needed. It's scary to think of our family being homeless! It is IMPERATIVE that we come up with the funds & secure the house. We will no longer have access to our current rental house & can't afford it. We will have nowhere to go if the purchase fails. We would have to find temporary housing and we would not have funds to do so. We really need and would appreciate your consideration to assist us by donating. We value & appreciate your time in reading about our fundraiser and your consideration to donate. We fully understand if you can do no more than consider and even possibly pray. That being said, ANY amount you may be able to donate would be a BIG blessing. We're all doing our best here to sell, downsize, scrimp & save. We will continue to do so. I'm concerned as we are not allowed to take any loans, or do anything that affects our credit like delaying others bills for the house funds.
