Good Soles Summer Project

This summer, Good Soles CIC is bringing the community together to support families across West Earlham, Norwich, during what can be one of the hardest times of the year financially.
For many families, the summer holidays mean six long weeks without access to school meals, while the cost of food, childcare, and activities continues to rise.
Through this project, we want to relieve some of that pressure by creating a safe, welcoming space where families can come together, eat together, learn together, and make positive memories together — completely free of charge.
Throughout the summer, we will be providing:
• Freshly cooked meals for local families
• Free cooking lessons led by professional chefs
• Activities and games for children and families
• A supportive community environment focused on connection, wellbeing, and inclusion
West Earlham is a community full of resilience and potential, but many local families continue to face the realities of the cost of living crisis. We believe every child deserves access to healthy meals, enriching activities, and a positive summer experience regardless of financial circumstances.
So, to raise money, many others and I will be attempting to run/walk a 5 mile loop on repeat for 24 hours in Sandringham between the 13th - 14th of June. It is going to be our hardest challenge yet!
Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly towards meals, ingredients, equipment, and activities for local families.
Together, we can make this summer a little easier, a little brighter, and a lot more connected for the families who need it most.
Thank you for supporting Good Soles and the West Earlham community.
