Hello Friends (and Friends of Friends),

If you don’t already know me, my name is Michelle. I moved from CA to WI a little less than 5 years ago and have met some significant people in my life here during that major life transition. One of those people would be my best friend Megan and her mother Wanda. They welcomed me with kindness that only the Midwest can bring and blessed me with their friendship, which I could never express my gratitude for.

Devastatingly, Wanda’s house and all her and her boyfriend Chuck's belongings were victim to a random fire while they were at work today. Nobody plans to go to work and find out a couple of hours later everything they had in the world besides what was on their person would be gone.

The purpose of this campaign is to support and help them through this tragedy as they begin to sift through the pieces of what they can salvage and start over. These are genuinely kind people and simply amazing humans that would help or support anyone in a heartbeat. I know collectively we can help ease some of their loss and grief.
