Golden Hoof - Bone Saw!

As most of you know, meat processors have become largely unavailable during this pandemic and as a result, we have started to do all of our own butchering. In general, this has been a great thing as it has allowed us much greater quality control, but it has also created some difficulties. The biggest one we are now facing is a lack of a proper bone saw. We would just go out and get one, but a nice used one is around $5,000. As a result, we cannot currently cut consistent 3/4” bone-in chops like we used to get. If anyone would like to donate to “our bone saw cause”, we would share this asset with other local farmers in need (we are all already sharing our butcher and lots of other equipment) and it would certainly help the local farming community.
