Sarah Busher is an amazing human and mother. Sarah's children were taken from her and placed in foster care without just cause or due process after a mentally unbalanced woman called child protective services while Sarah and her children were without a home for 3 days.
Sarah is an amazing single mother who has worked hard put herself through school and to raise two smart, kind, loving children ages 13 & 6 with Love & Faith. Sarah works as teacher's assistant for Marin County School District. Even after having a permanent home for 2 years, Sarah and her children have not be united.
This campaign is to raise funds for legal representation for Sarah and her Children so that they may be heard and once again united.
Yolo County Court appointed attorney has not allowed Sarah or her children to speak. Nor have they filed paperwork on her behalf. There has not been a review of her case or an evidentiary hearing to show Sarah's competence and dedication to her children.

Sarah’s two children have been in two separate foster care homes for over 2 years. Sarah has not once been allowed to tell her story to a judge. Her court appointed attorney has advised her to “keep quiet” if she wants her children back. Her 13 year old son has been told by his foster parents that he will not go back to his mother and he will be adopted by them. Her 6 year old daughter has reported inappropriate touch and physical abuse by those in foster home. Officials have ignored these reports.
