What am I doing?
10,000 pushups in 24 hrs in hopes to raise $10,000 for the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA).
Why ABTA?
I chose this charity because someone very close to me, along with a young lady from my home town named Elli has been diagnosed with brain cancer.
Where/ When?
On March 3rd at 8am, I will be streaming live on Instagram @CoachStos. Leading up to the event I will be sharing inspiration content, how to set goals and how being an athlete along with my occupation of a Mindset Coach With Winning Mindset has prepared me to cope with tough times.
How I'll do it
By turning negative into positive. Nothing is inharently good or bad, but thought makes it so. It doesn't make sense, it's not fair and I'm certain it couldn't have happen to a nicer more innocent people. Where does this leave me? Well, I'm a firm believer if you don't like something, do something about it. Unfortunately I'm not a doctor nor a philanthropist... However, being someone who who values leading by example, this is my solution.
Watch me suffer for a cause, through 24 hrs of disrespect for gravity.

More information about American Brain Tumor Association: The mission of the American Brain Tumor Association is to advance the understanding and treatment of brain tumors with the goals of improving, extending and, ultimately, saving the lives of those impacted by a brain tumor diagnosis. We do this through interactions and engagements with brain tumor patients and their families, collaborations with allied groups and organizations, and the funding of brain tumor research.
