Hi there, my name is Chloe. I am starting a fundraiser for my oldest and dearest friend Karly and her daughter Lila. Karly’s partner Shaun, devastatingly, lost his life unexpectedly in a car crash in Somerset Tasmania. Karly and Lila’s world has been rocked. Karly and Shaun were a young couple, Shaun only being 27, a life lost way way way to soon. The whole community is shocked, saddened and grieving for a young man who obviously is dearly loved.

It is often hard to know what to do in a situation like this, how to help, what to say… I can see how much support and love Karly has received since Shaun’s passing. I thought that Karly’s immediate friends and family, and hopefully the wider community could come together to support Karly and Lila financially. The last thing I would want is for a young grieving family, is to have any worries about going to work, or having financial worries. I hope that any money raised can support Karly while she is raising her young daughter, who isn’t even 2 years old yet. Any donation would be wonderful show of support, big or small.
