Hi! We are Carolina and Juan Pablo from Tucuman, Argentina. We’ve been together for 19 years and have three wonderful children. We are very committed to social change. Carolina is a member of a group of neighbors that seek positive changes in our small city through politics and service. Juan Pablo works as director of a school in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Tucumán where there are high rates of poverty and many social problems. He is also a facilitator in processes of group and social conflicts. They both are also volunteer facilitators in a social leadership foundation.

The Worldwork seminar is an experiential training seminar in conflict work, facilitation and community building.
The seminar provides a unique opportunity for people from around the world to come together in a powerful forum for focusing on and working with social, environmental, and political issues using group process.
Between three to five hundred people, from thirty to forty countries, participate in this 5 day gathering. These days include theoretical and experiential training in large group settings, where a variety of issues relevant to the group and the world are processed.

Despite receiving the scholarship, we still need money for tickets from Tucumán, Argentina to Vancouver, Canada and accommodation during the training. We are asking for help and support from all of our community in order to achieve this goal and to be able to bring back our newfound knowledge to our Argentine community.
