Hi everyone,
I’m Sophie McMullan, a Lower 6th student at Strathearn School, and on 28th June, I’ll be setting off on an incredible two-week journey to Tanzania with the charity Go Make a Difference. This isn’t just a trip—it’s an opportunity to be part of something much bigger than myself, working on meaningful projects that will support education, clean water access, and sustainable community development.
As soon as I heard about this opportunity, I knew I had to be part of it. The communities we’ll be working with face many challenges, from a lack of basic school resources to limited access to clean water. Through this project, we will be directly contributing to initiatives that provide essential supplies, improve living conditions, and empower local people to create a better future for themselves.

Why I Need Your Support
To make this trip possible and maximize the impact we can have, I am fundraising to help cover the costs of travel, accommodation, and most importantly, the materials and resources needed for the projects we’ll be working on.
