My name is Ahmed Khalil Salem, a 32-year-old father of two from Jabalia Camp in Gaza. In 2010, I started from humble beginnings and built an electrical appliances business that grew into a company—Aram E4 International for Import and Export—with three stores, importing goods from China. Through hard work and perseverance, I was able to provide for my family, buy a car, and build a life I was proud of.
But everything changed on October 7th.
Since then, my family and I have been displaced more than 8 times, living through hunger, fear, and destruction. In a single airstrike, I lost 170 members of my extended family, including my uncle, his wife and children, my aunt, and cousins.
On May 5th of this year, the occupation forces entered Jabalia Camp. They burned down all three of my company’s stores and targeted and destroyed my home. We are now left with nothing—no shelter, no source of income, and no safety.
Despite this unimaginable loss, I’m determined to rebuild and provide for my children. But I cannot do it alone.
I am asking for your support to help me:
Secure shelter and basic necessities for my family
Rebuild my business to restore a livelihood
Support my community as we try to recover and survive
Please consider donating or sharing this campaign. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to hope and recovery.
Thank you for standing with us during this time of unimaginable hardship. Your kindness means the world.
